When we hear the word TEA that refreshes the moment. Tea is liked and loved by anyone in the world. When It is India, people just can’t avoid it. We term it a legal drug. Irrespective of the mood, be it happy or sad the moments are always cherished with Tea. On an average every Indian consume tea at least twice a day.

Understanding the demand, two young yet passionate entrepreneurs Anubhav Dubey and Anand Nayak started the CHAI SUTTA BAR in the year 2016. They opened 3 outlets in Indore. Later another passionate being joined the fleet, That is Rahul Patidar.

Chai Sutta Bar is known for its quality and world-class service. The unique ness is Tea is served in Kulhad. They wish to make everyone cuddle the kulhad which is the symbol of India.

Anubhav and Anand had always dreamt of business. 29- year old Anubhav was preparing for UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) examinations in 2016. However, he wasn’t interested in it. It was the same period he got a call from Anand and with an investment of 3 lakhs from Anand’s savings it was decided to launch and today is a company with annual revenue over 150 crore and total 400+ outlets Nationally and Internationally.

The journey kicked off in the year 2016 by opening first three outlets in Indore, later opened more outlets in three famous cities of Madya Pradesh – Indore, Bhopal and Ujjain in the year 2017. With all going in right track they blessed to open more outlets in other cities of the country by 2018. By 2019 they became popular among the youth and became more visible in many cities across India.

By 2020, even in the tough time of Covid and lockdown they reached the mark of crossing 140 outlets and 3 outlets Internationally. Now It is also called with Kulhad Chai in India. All the reason behind is consistency, dedication and the quality loved by customers.

“Chai Sutta Bar is not just an idea, it’s a vision of our team. Bringing the culture combinations and delivering unique experiences is and will always remain our USP. Now, we are targeting global expansion with messages of environmental protection along with it” says Anand Nayak.

Anubhav Dubey says “I remember the initial days of CSB where each new customer brought tons of joy and smiles tome and other team member’s face. And when any customer praised us for tasty chai, use of kulhad, or ambience, we were over none clouds. At CSB, we always want that fire inside every member of CSB and crave that smile. Now, I love to hear stories from different corners of the world”.

Founders of the company say that they want to build a global franchise originating from India. “When McDonald’s, Domino’z Pizza and other brands have successful franchises around the world, why not us? India still doesn’t have a big brand like that and we want to build it” says Anubhav. Also they haven’t spent money for marketing but they used to come up with many different ideas to sell their brand.
