1. Identify your scrap to sell
2. Schedule a pickup. you can schedule a request via voice call, WhatsApp, App or website. Find their contact details at Serwizi
3. Serwizi heroes will arrive to collect your scrap on scheduled date. They will intimate via call before an hour they arrive. They will bring the electronic weighing machine to weigh each item separately to keep it more transparency.
4. A settlement request will be generated and payment will be deposited into your linked bank account .
